Limitation of Liability: TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALPHAPILOT AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS ($50) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AlphaPilot and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AlphaPilot regarding our Services and supersede all prior agreements.
